Are AurraTone aids FDA approved?

AurraTone aids are FDA-registered, Class I. This means they are considered to have the least amount of risk and are safe for use. Other hearing aids with a higher classification have potential risks including an over-amplification of sound and a ringing in the ears (also known as tinnitus).
